Renovated throughout in 2022, the Villa VOYAGE boasts a fabulous panoramic view of the hills of Colombier, the ocean, the neighboring islands and Gustavia harbour.

Voyage is located in a private subdivision away from the road, thereby guaranteeing peace and quiet while barely 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, the airport, shops and Gustavia.

On the upper floor, the open-space kitchen, separated from the living room by a bar, provides a magnificent air-conditioned day area. Large picture windows help make the most of the panoramic view, opening onto a huge covered terrace housing a table for 12 guests, a lounge and a relaxation area.

In the distance, small planes about to land add a little movement to the landscape before disappearing behind the hill that hides the airport from view.

The master suite and the first guest bedroom, also upstairs, provide a great view and access to the terrace. Like the three other bedrooms, they feature every possible modern comfort: bedhead with sophisticated lighting, smart TV, a study, large closet, a bathroom with twin washbasin, a shower room and a toilet.

On the lower floor, a huge terrace extends toward the fluorescent mosaic swimming pool. Here, two other bedrooms offer a choice between one double bed or two twin beds, ideal for families with children.
